Following the success of Fitness Manager Paul Kenny’s recent Golf Fitness Workshop, we’re delighted to announce two additional sessions for those who missed out!
- Wednesday 4th February 7.00–8.00pm
This free event for all members is designed to help golfers of all abilities improve their performance on the course. The session will be held in the Golf Bar and focus on how golf-specific fitness can enhance power, consistency, stamina, and overall enjoyment of the game.
All participants will receive a complimentary tea or coffee.
