Energising Cardio Experience
Get your heart racing and your blood pumping on Technogym's state-of-the-art award-winning Excite® range of cardio equipment. Immerse yourself with a variety of entertainment options allowing you to enjoy your favourite TV shows, or radio station, while you exercise.
Each time you visit the gym your progress can be tracked with Technogym's mywellness app, which allows you to track all your health and movement data - indoor and outdoor training, sports activities, daily movement and body measurements.
Free Weights and Resistance Machines
Push and pull your way to achieving your goals with a variety of Technogym's Selection resistance machines and Kinesis Gym Machines, free weights and weight plates. Our resistance machines are a great place to start if you are new to the gym and feature visual feedback about every rep and set. With dumbbells ranging from 1kg up to 36kg, and a variety of weight plates, there is everything you need to build and tone your muscles.

Teen gym, activities and more
Get your teen into healthy habits, set goals and feel proud of what they've achieved with Teen Gym. From Monday to Friday: 16:00-20:00 and Saturday and Sunday: 11:30-18:00, your young adults can enjoy working out in a safe and fun environment, using our interactive kit to track live results.
Teen Gym is designed specifically for 11-15 year olds to use all our cardio and functional facilities and equipment, with someone on the gym floor to support them at all times. Please note Teen Gym excludes the use of strength equipment for safety reasons.
